Ingredients
  • 2 egg
  • 1 Teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Cup almond flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 Cup raspberries
  • 1/4 Cup blackberries
Directions
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Grease a pan and add 1/4 cup of batter forming a pancake. Immediately cover the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then uncover the pan and flip the pancake. Cook 1 more minute with the pan covered again.
