Cauliflower Rice, Pan Seared Salmon, and Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 2 Cup broccoli
  • 16 Ounce salmon filet
  • 2 Cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Directions
  • Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and cook for 7 minutes.
  • While broccoli is cooking, add salt and pepper to the salmon filets on both sides. Place 2 Tbsp of olive oil on a pan and pan sear the salmon filets 4 minutes per side or until done.
