Cauliflower Rice, Pan Seared Salmon, and Broccoli

Step: 1
Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and cook for 7 minutes.
Step: 2
While broccoli is cooking, add salt and pepper to the salmon filets on both sides. Place 2 Tbsp of olive oil on a pan and pan sear the salmon filets 4 minutes per side or until done.
