Add eggs, water, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix until combined. If making for more than one person, do this in batches per person. Each person gets around 2 eggs.
Add butter to a pan. Once melted add the egg mixture and top it off with the shredded cheddar and broccoli. Divide the cheddar cheese and broccoli among the batches you are prepping. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium low heat, or until done.
