canned black beans low sodium

mozzarella cheese shredded
1 Tablespoon
butter

Directions

Step 1
Spread beans on one half of a tortilla. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on top. Fold the other half of the tortilla on top.
Step 2
Melt some of the butter on the pan and place the tortilla on top. Cook until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden brown on both sides.
