cannellini beans canned

oat milk

Directions

Step 1
Peel and steam the sweet potato. Mash it with a fork, mix with half of the milk, and set aside. If you feel like the mix is too thick you can add more milk.
Step 2
Rinse the cannellini beans under cold water and drain. Mash with a fork to minimize the risk of choking. Add half of the milk and mix. If you feel like the mix is too thick you can add more milk.
