Directions

Step 1
Add the potatoes to a pan and cover with water. Boil for 15 minutes or until soft.
Step 2
Add olive oil to a separate pan. Once warm, add the lamb along with the parsley, oregano, cumin, mint, spinach, and garlic. Break it down into crumbles using a wooden spoon. Cook for 8 minutes.
