Step 1
Remove the tops and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them in to strips. This makes it easier for baby to grab them with their hands.
Step 2
Cut the onion in strips as well. Set the bell peppers and onion strips aside in a bowl.
Step 3
Cut the chicken breasts in to strips so they are easier for your baby to grab with their hands and place them in a bowl.
Step 4
Season the chicken with garlic powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, olive oil, and cilantro. Mix with clean hands until the chicken is well seasoned.
