Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. / 190 degrees C. Add the chicken and potatoes to a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle some rosemary and thyme. Bake for 40 minutes.
Cut the zucchini into sticks the length and width of two adult fingers put together. Add zucchini to a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until soft.
