Ingredients
  • 12 Ounce rotini pasta
  • 2 avocado
  • 1/2 Cup basil
  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1 Cup cherry tomatoes
Directions
  • Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta per package instructions.
  • Add the avocados, basil, spinach, garlic, lemon, and salt to a blender. While mixing slowly drizzle the olive oil inside. Blend until incorporated.
