1/3 Cup
bachan's barbecue sauce
2 Tablespoon
avocado oil
2 Tablespoon
honey
12
chicken wing
1 Pound
asparagus
1/2 Tablespoon
avocado oil
1/4 Teaspoon
salt
1/4 Teaspoon
pepper

corn on the cob

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it ready for the chicken wings and asparagus.
Step 2
Start making your honey barbecue sauce by mixing barbecue sauce, avocado oil, and honey in a bowl. Stir until fully combined.
Step 3
Place your chicken wings in a baking tray. Pour the sauce on top, making sure they are evenly coated. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes. If you want your chicken wings to have a crispy, charred exterior, broil for the last 2 minutes. Otherwise, keep baking at 400°F the full time.
