  • 2 red apple
  • 1/2 Cup rolled oats
  • 8 Ounce chicken breast filet
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 Teaspoon parsley
  • 2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 Cup long grain white rice
  • 2 Cup water

  • To make apple patties: Peel the apple, cut in chunks, and remove the core. Steam for about 10 minutes or until soft. Set aside.
  • Add oats to a food processor and mix until they resemble the consistency of flour.
  • Add the steamed apple chunks, raw chicken breast cubes, onion, parsley, and garlic powder to the food processor. Mix just until combined. Optionally add a pinch of salt and pepper to the mix.
  • Form into patties and cook on a pan greased with avocado oil over medium heat 4 minutes per side.
