Apple Chicken Patties

Step: 1
To make apple patties: Peel the apple, cut in chunks, and remove the core. Steam for about 10 minutes or until soft. Set aside.
Step: 2
Add oats to a food processor and mix until they resemble the consistency of flour.
Step: 3
Add the steamed apple chunks, raw chicken breast cubes, onion, parsley, and garlic powder to the food processor. Mix just until combined. Optionally add a pinch of salt and pepper to the mix.
Step: 4
Form into patties and cook on a pan greased with avocado oil over medium heat 4 minutes per side.
