1/4 avocado
2 Tablespoon canned black beans low sodium
3 Tablespoon vegan shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 Cup strawberries
1/4 Cup blackberries
1 Teaspoon vegan butter
Directions
Spread black beans and avocado on half of the tortilla.
Grease a pan with vegan butter. Place the tortilla on the pan over low heat, with the avocado and black bean spread facing up.
