1 Cup frozen strawberries
1/2 Cup plain yogurt
1/2 Cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1 banana
1 Teaspoon hemp seeds
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
If the mix is too runny add more bananas. If it's too thick add more coconut milk, until desired consistency is reached.
