  • 1 Teaspoon avocado oil
  • 3 asparagus
  • 1/4 Cup quinoa
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 Teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley
  • 1 Ounce steak

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
  • Remove the ends from the asparagus and add the asparagus to a baking tray and season with some oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • While the asparagus bakes make the quinoa. Rinse the quinoa, then add the rinsed quinoa and water to a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes.
