  • 3 asparagus
  • 1/4 Cup quinoa
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 Teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley
  • 1 Ounce steak
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
  • Remove the ends from the asparagus and add the asparagus to a baking tray and season with some oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
