Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.

Cut the zucchini into sticks the length and width of two fingers. Add to a baking tray and drizzle with avocado oil. Bake for 15 minutes.

While the zucchini bakes prepare the steak. Make your steak seasoning by adding the ghee, garlic, and parsley to a bowl and mix together. Set aside.
