Ingredients

2
lobster tail
1 Teaspoon
olive oil
1/4 Teaspoon
salt
1/4 Teaspoon
black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon
paprika
1/2 Teaspoon
garlic powder
1 Pound
potato
2 Tablespoon
butter
1/4 Cup
milk
1/4 Teaspoon
salt
1 Cup
green beans
1 Teaspoon
olive oil
1/4 Teaspoon
salt
1/4 Teaspoon
black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon
garlic powder

Directions

Step 1
Prepare the lobster tails by butterflying them. Using kitchen scissors or a knife, cut through the top shell lengthwise. Flip the tail over, remove the small hairs along the sides, gently break the ribs, and pull the meat up so it rests on top of the shell while still attached.
Step 2
Season the lobster meat with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Step 3
Heat a pan over medium heat and grease with olive oil. Cook the lobster tails for about 4 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let rest.
