  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 carrot
  • 3 Cup spinach
  • 25 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 8 Ounce pasta shells
  • 4 Tablespoon parmesan cheese
