Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 Pound 93% lean ground beef
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon basil
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 carrot
  • 3 Cup spinach
  • 25 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 8 Ounce pasta shells
  • 4 Tablespoon parmesan cheese
Directions
  • Fill up a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add pasta shells and cook per package instructions.
  • Heat the olive oil in a separate large deep sauté pan. Add the beef and season with salt and pepper. Brown the beef and break it into smaller pieces with the back of a wooden spoon until cooked through.
