  • 1 Pound potato
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 Tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1 Pound steak
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley
  • 4 Cup broccoli
  • 5 garlic clove
Directions
  • Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch squares.
  • Place the potatoes in a large pan and sprinkle them with butter, salt, and minced garlic. Add water to the pot until the potatoes are covered but don't over fill it. Slightly cover the pot and boil for 10 minutes or until soft.
