Start by making the rice. Rinse the rice for 5 minutes. Then drain and set aside.
Break up your angel hair pasta into 1 inch long sticks with your hands.
Add a little bit of olive oil to a pan and place the angel hair pasta pieces. Cook stirring frequently until they become a golden color. Be careful not to burn it.
Add the rinsed rice on top of your golden pasta as well as a little more olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
