  • 1/2 Teaspoon coriander
  • 1/8 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Teaspoon allspice
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tomato
  • 2 cucumber
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 Cup feta cheese
  • 10 kalamata olives pitted

Directions
  • Start by making the rice. Rinse the rice for 5 minutes. Then drain and set aside.
  • Break up your angel hair pasta into 1 inch long sticks with your hands.
  • Add a little bit of olive oil to a pan and place the angel hair pasta pieces. Cook stirring frequently until they become a golden color. Be careful not to burn it.
  • Add the rinsed rice on top of your golden pasta as well as a little more olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
