  • 2 garlic clove

  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 4 Cup low sodium vegetable broth
  • 5 Cup water
  • 1 Cup green lentils
  • 2 potato
Directions
  • Add olive oil, onion, and carrots to a pot. Sauté for 5 minutes.
