Directions
Step 1
Add olive oil to a pot along with onion, carrots, and celery. Saute for 10 minutes. Until the onion is fragrant and golden.
Step 2
Add the garlic, thyme, and tomato paste. Saute for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the green lentils, canned tomatoes, vegetable broth, hemp seeds, salt and pepper.
