  • 1 1/2 Cup chickpeas canned low sodium
  • 5 Tablespoon tahini
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Slice whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 Teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 mango
Directions
  • Make the hummus by combining the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice. garlic, and water in a food processor.
  • Toast the whole wheat bread until golden. Toasting the bread more reduces the choking hazard, as soft bread can become gummy in a baby's mouth.
