Directions

Step 1
Add olive oil to a pan, once hot add the red bell peppers and onions. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add the beans, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and cilantro to the pan. Stir to coat all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are very soft.
