  • 2 sweet potato
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Cup long grain white rice
  • 2 Cup water
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 Cup cilantro
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 Cup parsley
  • 15 Ounce chickpeas canned low sodium
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 3 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut like fries. Add to a baking tray, season with oil, and bake for 25 minutes.
