Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Slice whole wheat bread
  • 1/4 frozen peas
  • 3 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Directions
  • Fill a small pot with water and add the egg. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 8 minutes. Once cooked, let the egg cool down in ice cold water.
  • Toast the slice of bread until golden. The more toasted the bread is, the lower the risk of choking since soft bread can become doughy in your baby's mouth.
