Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup edamame
  • 1/4 Cup frozen peas
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tablespoon tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Slice whole wheat bread
  • 1/4 Cup broccoli
  • 1/4 tomato
Directions
  • Cook the edamame by steaming them for 10 minutes. Cook the peas by steaming them for 4 minutes. Steam broccoli for 7 minutes.
  • Add cooked edamame and peas, parsley, garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and water to a blender and mix until smooth. If you need the puree to be smoother and less chunky just add more water until desired consistency is reached.
