Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
Peel the sweet potato and cut it like fries.
Add the sweet potato fries and broccoli florets to a baking tray lined and greased. Drizzle with some avocado oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes.
