Ingredients
1 Pound chicken thighs
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Teaspoon paprika
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1/2 Cup sweet corn
1/2 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 Cup mild salsa
1/2 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
8 corn tortilla
2 Cup broccoli
1 avocado
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C. Add chicken to a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Move the chicken to one side of the tray. On the other side of that same try add the broccoli. Drizzle with some olive oil.
