Ingredients
  • 1 Pound chicken thighs
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Cup mild salsa
  • 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 corn tortilla
  • 2 Cup broccoli
  • 1 avocado
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C. Add chicken to a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Move the chicken to one side of the tray. On the other side of that same try add the broccoli. Drizzle with some olive oil.
