Ingredients
  • 1 Pound ground chicken
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 Cup panko crumbs
  • 4 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
Directions
  • Add chicken, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and all purpose flour to a bowl. mix with clean hands until incorporated.
  • Place panko bread crumbs on a plate. Take a spoonful of the chicken mix and place it on the panko crumbs. Shape it into a nugget on top of the panko mix. The mix is very sticky, shaping it on top of the panko crumbs will help achieve a nugget shape more easily.
