Directions

Add chicken, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and all purpose flour to a bowl. mix with clean hands until incorporated.

Place panko bread crumbs on a plate. Take a spoonful of the chicken mix and place it on the panko crumbs. Shape it into a nugget on top of the panko mix. The mix is very sticky, shaping it on top of the panko crumbs will help achieve a nugget shape more easily.
