  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 12 Ounce chicken breast filet
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup cilantro
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 2 avocado
  • 4 flour tortilla

  • Remove the tops and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them in to strips.
  • Cut the onion in strips as well. Set the bell peppers and onion strips aside in a bowl.
  • Cut the chicken breasts in to strips and place them in a bowl.
  • Season the chicken with garlic powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, olive oil, cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix with clean hands until the chicken is well seasoned.
