chicken breast filet
1 Tablespoon
olive oil
1 Teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon
salt
1/4 Teaspoon
black pepper
1/4 Cup
hummus
1 Teaspoon
dijon mustard
1/2 Teaspoon
lemon zest
3 Tablespoon
lemon juice
2 Teaspoon
capers
3 Teaspoon
capers
1
garlic clove
1 Teaspoon
salt
6 Cup
romaine lettuce
1/2 Cup
parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. / 190 degrees C. Add chicken to a baking tray and season with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for  40 minutes.
Step 2
Make the salad dressing: add hummus, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, capers, caper brine, minced garlic clove, and salt to a bowl. Whisk well. Add to lettuce and mix.
