  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 Pound 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 2 Cup spinach
  • 15 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Ounce tomato paste
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 15 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Cup broccoli florets
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
  • Make the bolognese: In a large deep pot, heat the olive oil. Add the beef and season with a little salt and pepper. Brown the meat and break it into smaller pieces with your spoon until cooked through. This takes about 10 minutes.
