red bell pepper

olive oil

cannellini beans canned

oat milk

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
Step 2
Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds, and stem. Place the clean bell pepper on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes. When done, remove the skin from the baked bell pepper to minimize choking hazard. Set red bell pepper halves aside.
