Ingredients
  • 15 Ounce canned black beans low sodium
  • 1 Cup sweet corn
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 Cup cilantro
  • 2 Cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
  • 6 flour tortilla
  • 2 tomato
  • 1/2 onion
Directions
  • Drain the beans and mash them.
