Step 1
Season the steak with some olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
Add some olive oil to a pan. Place the onion and bell peppers on the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove vegetables from the pan, set aside, and add the seasoned steak. Cook the steak for 8 minutes or until done.
