garlic powder

water
3 Tablespoon
sugar
1/4 Cup
low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoon
cornstarch
2 Teaspoon
garlic
2 Tablespoon
sesame oil
1 Teaspoon
olive oil
1 Pound
broccoli florets
1 Teaspoon
olive oil
12 Ounce
steak
1 Cup
cucumber
1/2 Cup
orange bell pepper
1 Cup
raspberries
1 Teaspoon
sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1
Add the rice, water, salt, olive oil, and garlic powder to a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Turn the heat off and let rest for 10 minutes, covered. Fluff with a fork.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the hot water and sugar until dissolved. Add the soy sauce, cornstarch, grated garlic, and sesame oil. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli and sauté until bright green and tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
