  • 2 Slice brioche rolls
  • 2 Teaspoon low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 Slice turkey slices
  • 1/4 Cup romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cheese stick
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/4 Cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup green grapes
  • 1/4 Cup blackberries
  • 1/4 Cup plantain chips
Directions
  • Take the bread rolls and spread a thin layer of light mayonnaise inside each one. Add a slice of turkey, a few leaves of romaine lettuce, and a slice of cheese. Close the sandwich and place it inside the lunchbox.
