  • 1 Pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Ounce mozzarella cheese
Directions
  • Add turkey, onion, red bell pepper, salt and pepper into a bowl. Mix until combined.
