Ingredients
  • 1 Cup quinoa
  • 2 Cup water
  • 16 asparagus
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 Ounce flank steak
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Directions
  • Add the water and quinoa to a pot. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Add the asparagus to a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
