  • 1/4 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 Teaspoon zaatar
  • 3 Ounce baby carrot
  • 3 Ounce celery
  • 6 Tablespoon hummus
  • 2 Cup green grapes
  • 2 Cup blueberries
  • 2 Cup plantain chips

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Add cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and flour to a bowl. Whisk until combined.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and scoop 1/2 cup of the batter onto the baking tray until the mixture runs out. Make 6-inch pizza bases. Use the back of a spoon to flatten them out into a circle.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
