flour
1/4 Teaspoon

heavy cream
3/4 Cup
cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup
panko crumbs
2 Tablespoon
butter
1 Teaspoon
olive oil
1 Cup
orange bell pepper
1 Cup
cucumber
1 Cup
strawberries
1 Cup
green grapes

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
Step 2
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Before draining, save some of the pasta cooking water. Drain and set the pasta aside.
Step 3
Remove the lobster meat by cutting the shell lengthwise with kitchen scissors. Flip the tail over, gently break the ribs underneath, and pull the meat out. Remove the dark vein and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add parsley and garlic and sauté briefly. Add the lobster, lemon juice, and salt, and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until opaque. Remove from heat.
