  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 Teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/3 Cup water
  • 3/4 Cup basmati rice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 Cup green beans
  • 2 Teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 3 Tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

  • Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees F. / 218 degrees C.
  • First lets prepare the tofu: In a bowl add the tofu and olive oil. Sprinkle the cornstarch on top and toss together.
  • Spread tofu on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until browned around the edges.
  • While the tofu is baking let’s make the rice. Pace water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the basmati rice and salt, reduce heat to low, cover the pot and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
