Ingredients
  • 1 Cup cilantro
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 Ounce tilapia
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 8 gluten free tortilla
  • 2 Cup cabbage
  • 2 Cup carrot
Directions
  • Add cilantro, lemon, olive oil, garlic powder, avocado, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  • Cut the tilapia into strips and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional paprika. Add some olive oil to a pan and pan sear the tilapia strips 4 minutes per side.
