  • 2 banana
  • 33/100 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 banana
  • 33/100 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 dates
Directions
  • First we are going to make the almond mixture: Place the frozen bananas in a blender along with the yogurt, the almond butter, and the cinnamon powder. Blend until smooth. Scrape the sides down if you need to.
  • Place the mix into your popsicle molds, only filling them ⅔ of the way, not all the way up. We will fill the rest with our next mixture.
