Ingredients
  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Cup oat milk
  • 2 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoon walnuts
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon cooking spray
Directions
  • Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix until incorporated. Set aside.
  • In another bowl combine the oat milk, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla. Once combined, fold in the grated carrots, coconut flakes, and chopped walnuts.
