Step 1
For the sauce: Add olive oil to a pot. Add the carrots and onions and cook for 8 minutes stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add the garlic and cook for 30 more seconds.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and lentils. Mix to combine, cover with a lid and cook at low heat for 15 minutes.
