Step: 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. / 218 degrees C.

Drizzle the avocado oil evenly on a baking tray to grease and set aside.

Cut tofu into sticks the length and width of two fingers. Set aside.
Step: 4
Place the flour in one bowl, the eggs in another bowl, and the panko crumbs in another bowl.
